How does your two-year warranty work?
We guarantee the stove for a period of two years from date of receipt. If the stove stops working, we will provide you with an RMA and a shipping label to send the stove back for inspection. Once received, we will ship a new one out to your attention immediately. Please note, we don’t warranty damage from misuse such as dropping, water damage, or cracked glass. After the warranty period has ended, you have the option to replace the current stove the same model @ a 20% discount.
